Dear Maria,

You would think I would be less nervous talking to you after 3-4 years, but that is not the case. I continue to fall for you every day, no matter how many times you ransack my closet.

You have brought me more joy and happiness in my life than I could have ever imagined. You simply are incredible. At this point, I can say with certainty happiness starts with the letter “M”.

I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished despite the challenges that always seem to come your way. You are intelligent, beautiful, kind, and the hardest working person I have ever met.

Even on your most stressful days, you still manage to make me laugh and smile. You have given me confidence in myself, and I am so grateful for everything you have done for me and for us.

I love you, more and more with each passing day. I always have and I always will.
